Who says winter is not for Smoothies?
Winter is a time for crisp beach walks, getting windswept and cold and energized by the elements. It is also a time for hot drinks and time spent with family playing board games by the fire. Winter is also a time to provide your body with the energy it needs and to keep your immunity strong. I just love to make a delicious energizing, protein-rich smoothie to start the day, BUT it needs to be delicious!
