What should I look for in a nutritional supplement right now?

 

So, for the past couple of months, we have been hearing talk of Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, Zinc and other vitamins bantered about with regard to building our immunity against the COVID 19.

Where do we start? What should we actually be doing?
Is what we are doing going to be enough when “the wave” hits our area?
Is what we are doing for our immunity enough?
How will I protect my family and loved ones? And I have to say a part of me just wants to keep all of us locked away till this “thing” has gone! Unfortunately, this is not possible as we all know we are entering a new (and exciting) world.

I don’t have all the answers (obviously and unfortunately😃) but today I would like to give you a few things to look out for when choosing a Supplement:

🍓 Is it a WHOLE FOOD EXTRACT?
🍓 Is it ORGANIC AND NON-GMO raw ingredients?
🍓 Where are the raw ingredients SOURCED?
🍓 How LONG has the company been in existence?
🍓 Do they have an Independent Scientific Advisory Board?
🍓 What Independent Studies have been conducted?
🍓 Who are the Scientists and what are their qualifications?
🍓 What Scientific Research has been conducted and by WHO?
🍓 Are the Scientific Studies published in Peer Review Journals?

This seems like a long list of “Stuff” but it is our right to know exactly what we are putting into our bodies and it is our right to have our questions answered!

Keep your nutrition routine SIMPLE! God designed our bodies to heal themselves but we need to provide them with the correct fuel and treat them with the respect they deserve!
