It is time for another delicious smoothie recipe. With spring around the corner for us and the fact that we are experiencing some deliciously warm sunshiney days my body is starting to ask for smoothies again.

I just adore the fresh beautiful colour of this smoothie but did you know the health benefits of the watermelon alone?

Here are a few nutritional facts about watermelon for you…

Watermelon contains Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Magnesium as well as a selection of B Vitamins. It is also high in Carotenoids. So, as well as tasting delicious it contributes towards a strong immune system.

Ingredients:watermelon smoothie

1 1/2 cup watermelon
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 cup ice
1 cup water
2 scoops Neolife Shake Berries ‘n Cream

Combine all the above ingredients in your blender and ENJOY!

 

Just blend everything together and enjoy!
